我家的擂茶便当，是完全在自家厨房里准备的，只采用当天从菜市场里买来的新鲜食材，和使用家里用的油、盐、酱等等调味料。你吃到的跟我挚爱家人所吃到的，是一样的饭菜。
特别想跟大家分享的，是我们自家研制的擂茶酱，它用了七种新鲜食材烹煮、研磨而成，是每一碗擂茶饭的灵魂。擂茶风味千万种，不妨试试我家的味道，看看你喜不喜欢。:)
Our Leicha bowl is prepared in my own kitchen, using only fresh ingredients purchased from the local market, and using the same oil, salt, sauce and other seasonings as I cook for my family. What you eat is the same meal that my beloved family eats.
Another highlight is the Lei Cha Paste that I have formulated . It is crafted with patience and craftsmanship by using only fresh and top grade ingredients. It is the "soul" of every bowl of Lei Cha Rice. There are thousands of flavors of Lei Cha, you might as well give it a try and see if you like it. :)
